thanks for the website, its very informative. I’ve been living in the Woods area now for about 4 yrs., I’ve been receiving your brochures for awhile now. Will the brochures continue now that you have a website going?
At any rate, wanted to convey to you that I lost my job during these hard economic times. I haven’t worked in over 3 months. Needless to say I haven’t been able to pay my housenote. I will be attending the Foreclosure meeting today (Oct 1), but in case their not very helpful do you think I can still sell or save my home.
Possibly getting a job by the end of this month, yet I’m at least 3 months or more behind on loan with mortgage company. Please help or advise. I’m sure you have been faced with this situation by several customers.

Sincerely,
Terry
Our Chit Chat newsletters will continue to be hand-delivered to 1700 homes in the Wood Streets neighborhood, even though they can be found on our website too. The best part about receiving the newsletters on your doorstep is that they usually come in a baggie with candy or some type of goodies! Be on the lookout for Halloween candy in October, notepads in November, and 2009 calendars with candy canes in December!!
Terry, we’re sorry to hear of your employment situation; however, please call us if you still need help after attending the Foreclosure meeting. Our best wishes to you!
