I visit your site almost everyday. My husband and I have been dreaming of living on the wood streets since we married 5 years ago! I’ve dreamed of living there all my life!! I especially LOVE this house. I Love your site it is very easy to use. I have however noticed that there are no PRICES listed? Is that going to be the norm? Or maybe just an oversight? THANKS for the WONDERFUL job you both do in representing the WOOD STREETS and the surrounding community of Riverside.

    Hi April,

It’s me again… I was wondering about the street Del Ray off of Jurupa Ave and Riverside Ave, is this considered the wood streets? We especially LOVE this neighborhood, because it seems less crowded than most of the wood streets. We have noticed for a couple of months now that 6068 Del Ray has been VACANT, my husband drives by it everyday to see if it has a FOR SALE or RENT sign, but nothing. We noticed this morning (Sunday 9/14/08) that the back door seemed to be open and that there was some grafitti on the back glass… We asked a neighbor but they said they knew nothing. We don’t have any right to this property, but it must belong to someone and I’m sure they wouldn’t want it to be vandalized. Is there a way to find out who owns it and if it’s going to be FOR SALE or RENT? If you are able to find out any information I would sure appreciate it. THANKS again for all the wonderful information you provide your readers. You girls are AMAZING. Peggy Bennett

Del Ray Court is a wonderful street with beautiful homes! The adorable home you inquired about actually sits in the “Magnolia Center” which borders the “Wood Streets”, and is not currently listed for sale in the MLS; however, we did make a special drive over to the home to ensure that the doors were locked and that the house was secured from potential vandalism. More information will be shared with you about this particular home through a private email. We cherish your dedication to our website, Peggy!
